STAGE 1

Feasibility & Concept

We explore design possibilities, space layouts and budget ranges. You’ll receive sketches and 3D concepts that bring your ideas to life, plus a feasibility report to help you make confident decisions.

STAGE 2

Planning & Permissions

We prepare and submit planning applications, manage consultants, and liaise with local authorities, whether it’s a conservation-area extension or a new-build home.

STAGE 3

Detailed Design & Building Regulations

We refine every detail: structure, finishes, lighting and materials. Our technical drawings give builders everything they need to price accurately and build with confidence.

STAGE 4

Tender & Contractor Selection

We issue your drawings to trusted contractors, compare tenders, and help you choose the right builder for your project.

STAGE 5

Construction & Site Monitoring

We make regular site visits, respond to queries, and manage the building contract to ensure quality, cost and schedule stay on track.

STAGE 6

Handover & Aftercare

When construction finishes, we oversee snagging, manage certification, and remain available for any advice once you’ve moved in.
